For me being on the beach gazing out at the ocean is one of the most humbling moments. Its a glimpse into the perspective of just how vast the seas are. I am thankful that God holds it all in His hands. My worries and struggles seem so small when compared to this! Have a great weekend!
I love going to the ocean. Looking at the water as it comes in and goes out - order. Why doesn't it just keep coming in? Because it was created by God who is orderly.
ReplyDeleteI miss the beach. I miss feeling so small in such a great big world and knowing that my Father is right there with me.
So I'm pretty far behind in the study- last night I read on John the Baptist baptizing Jesus. I felt so convicted thinking about how little I think of Jesus in a way that overwhelms and overpowers me. I'm learning a lot on how to focus in on Him and be recognize how big He is and yet how intimately involved He is in our lives. What a great God we serve!
